Share your own code with a friend. They get RM 10 off their first order with us. Once their order is paid, 500 points go straight to you.

How do I join?
Tap Rewards in the bottom bar on your phone, or the Rewards button at the top of the page on a computer, then choose Join now. If you already have a Cherish Floral account, just sign in and press Join. You get 500 points straight away.
How many points do I get for an order?
Bud members get 1 point for every RM 1 spent on flowers and gifts. Petal members get 1.5 points and Blossom members get 2 points. The delivery fee does not count.
When do points show up?
Usually a few minutes after your payment goes through. If it has been more than one working day, please WhatsApp us.
Do I earn points if I pay with a gift card or store credit?
No. Points are for payments by card, online banking (FPX) and e-wallets.
Do points expire?
Yes. Your points expire if you do not place an order for 12 months. Every new order keeps all your points safe for another 12 months.
How do I use my points?
Open the Rewards popup, choose Use my points and pick a coupon. Copy the code or tap Apply to my cart. Please stay signed in at checkout.
Can I use more than one coupon?
One coupon per order. Rewards coupons cannot be used together with other discount codes, and cannot be swapped for cash.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
If you get your money back, the points from that order are removed. If we give you store credit instead, you keep the points.
What if my friend cancels their order?
The 500 referral points are removed if your friend cancels or returns their first order.
Can I give my points to someone else?
No. Points belong to your account only and cannot be moved, sold or refunded. Cherish Floral may update these rules from time to time.
